Powder coating technician • Obudu, Cross River State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Obudu, Cross River State. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift.
