Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Tapi, State of Gujarat. We are looking for strong knife skills and speed on the line; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
