Urgent requirement: mobile crane operator (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Refugio County, Texas. You will work on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Your main tasks: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
