Now hiring: we are hiring a banksman in Alkaleri, Bauchi State. The job is in a steel fabrication yard. You will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Pay around ₦210,000 per month, based on your experience.
