Kitchen cook wanted in Gamawa

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Gamawa, Bauchi State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts.
