Waitress wanted in Duval County

You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
