Chef de partie wanted in Gombe

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Gombe, Gombe State. On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies We offer ₦160,000 per month plus benefits.
