Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Flagler County, Florida. You will season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 5+ years on the tools preferred.
