Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Bauchi, Bauchi State. The job is on a commercial construction site. The role involves: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Rotating shifts.
