Immediate opening: brick and block layer (Florida)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Hardee County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder Requirements: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
