Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Pulaski County, Virginia. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
