Lift maintenance fitter — Oredo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Oredo, Edo. Day to day you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; run load and overload tests with test weights; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 2+ years on the tools preferred.
