Gas service engineer wanted in Owerri North

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Owerri North, Imo State. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
