Dish pit attendant — Bosso

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Bosso, Niger State. You will work at a banquet hall. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles ₦1,550 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
