Bar waiter — Peoria County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar waiter in Peoria County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
