Head baker — Chase County

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Chase County, Nebraska. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. We offer $140 per day plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
