Dough maker — Highlands County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Highlands County, Florida. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
