Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Frio County, Texas. Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Rotating shifts.
