Framing carpenter wanted in Cherry County

Now hiring: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Cherry County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
