Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Chibok

Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Chibok, Borno State. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. On a typical shift you will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
