Furniture maker • Ilaje, Ondo State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a furniture maker in Ilaje, Ondo State. You will be based on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Own basic hand tools You will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
