What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
