Day to day you will handle cash and card payments at the counter; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; greet walk-in customers and find out what they need; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints. You should have: • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge • Knowledge of the local language and market • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence 6+ years on the tools preferred.
