Powder coating line operator • Sakaba, Kebbi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Sakaba, Kebbi State. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time, day shift.
