Immediate opening: formwork carpenter (Assam)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Lakhimpur, Assam. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to read formwork and structural drawings On a typical shift you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₹37,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Full-time with occasional weekends.
