Immediate opening: mobile crane operator (Taraba State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Ussa, Taraba State. The job is on a busy construction site. You will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Part-time with flexible hours.
