Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Narsimhapur, Madhya Pradesh. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Day-to-day duties: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
