Room service attendant — Monroe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a room service attendant in Monroe County, Illinois. You will be based in a five-star hotel. On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Six days a week, one day off.
