Great opportunity: shuttering charge hand (Assam)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Karbi Anglong, Assam. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. The role involves strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. You should bring hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork; follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules; knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing. 2+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
