We are recruiting: plant operator (Oregon)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Multnomah County, Oregon. You will work in a CNC machine shop. You will carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; set up and start the machine as per the job card. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
