The role involves backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site. Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Full-time with occasional weekends.
