Powder spray gun operator wanted in Ajaokuta

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. The job is on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Performance bonus on top of base pay.
