Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Greene County, Missouri. You will work at a halal meat counter. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request 3+ years on the tools preferred.
