Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Pickaway County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
