Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦240,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
