Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Dixie County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
