Heavy equipment operator (dozer) • Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. You will work on a dam or embankment job. On a typical shift you will refuel the machine and record running hours; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems 4+ years on the tools preferred.
