We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Union County, Florida. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
