Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Parker County, Texas. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
