Line cook wanted in Dorset

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Dorset, England. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
