The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
