Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Lamb County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
