Day-to-day duties: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time, day shift.
