Oven operator wanted in Brown County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Brown County, Ohio. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
