Finishing presser • Calabar South, Cross River State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing presser in Calabar South, Cross River State. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Day-to-day duties: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦235,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
