The role involves: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
