Now hiring: we are hiring a tile roofer in Elko County, Nevada. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Day to day you will strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
