Meat trimmer — Bakori

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Bakori, Katsina State. You will work in a meat processing plant. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
