On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
