Prep cook — Chatham County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Chatham County, Georgia. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 2+ years on the tools preferred.
